DIDIKPOS.COM – DPP Forum Honorer Kategori 2 Persatuan Guru Honorer Indonesia (FHNK2 PGHRI) meminta pemerintah memberikan kesempatan kepada guru honorer Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) ikut rekrutmen 1 juta pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK) pada tahun 2021.

“Tidak ada formasi untuk guru PAI dalam rekrutmen satu juta guru PPPK tahun depan. Saya mewakili honorer nonkategori merasa senang diperjuangkan PGRI, DPR dan pemerintah hingga ada rekrutmen guru PPPK besar-besaran tahun depan. Namun kami sedih tidak ada formasi untuk guru PAI. Saya sendiri kebetulan guru PAI,” tutur Ketua Humas DPP FHNK2 PGHRI, Mohamad Badrul Munir,Munir kepada JPNN.com, Jumat (18/12/2020).

Lanjut Munir, ada tiga permintaan khusus FHNK2 PGHRI kepada pemerintah. Pertama, rekrutmen satu juta guru PPPK mengutamakan formasi guru honorer di sekolah negeri termasuk guru agama.

Selanjutnya, rekrutmen PPPK dibuka pada tahun 2021-2024. Selain formasi jabatan guru juga formasi bagi tenaga kependidikan.

“Misalnya di SD ada penjaga sekolah, di SLTP ada tata usaha dan penjaga, di SMA/SMK ada tenaga laboran, perpustakaan, dan penjaga sekolah,” katanya.

Terakkhir, FHNK2 PGHRI meminta tindak lanjut permohonan DPP FHNK2 PGHRI di DPR RI pada 28 Januari 2020. Juga rapat gabungan Komisi X DPR RI, Komisi II, Komisi XI, bersama Kemendikbud, Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi birokrasi (KemenPAN-RB), dan Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN).

“Kami berharap permintaan ini bisa dikabulkan pemerintah. Mengingat guru agama dan tenaga kependidikan posisinya sangat penting dan kami masih berstatus honorer sehingga butuh status jelas sebagai aparatur sipil negara (ASN),” pungkas guru agama SDN Bangsal 3 Kota Kediri itu.

Diketahui, seleksi pengangkatan guru sebagai PPPK 2021 tengah dipersiapkan dengan matang oleh pemerintah. Seleksi PPPK 2021 ini diperuntukan bagi para guru honorer atau non-PNS di sekolah negeri dan swasta yang terdaftar di data pokok pendidikan (Dapodik).

Rencananya, pemerintah menargetkan dapat menyelesaikan data base kualifikasi guru dan kebutuhan guru daerah bukan Desember ini.

Setelah ini selesai, pemerintah akan menargetkan dan menyelesaikan regulasi pendukung kualifikasi pendidikan pada bulan Januari 2021. (des)***

Sekretaris Direktorat Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Kemendikbud, Nunuk Suryani, menjelaskan, program ini adalah usulan yang diinisiasi Direktorat Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Kemendikbud.

Kemendikbud menindaklanjuti amanat lima Kementerian/Lembaga dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan satu juta guru melalui seleksi PPPK pada tahun 2021.

“Program seleksi 1 juta guru PPPK ini ditujukan untuk memenuhi kuota kebutuhan guru di tahun 2021 yang mencapai 1 juta lebih. Harapan kami proses koordinasi dan sosialisasi yang secara gencar kami lakukan di 5 region dapat mempermudah penyusunan dan pemetaan formasi guru sesuai kebutuhan wilayah masing-masing. Sehingga target yang sudah kami canangkan dapat terpenuhi,” tutur Nunuk. (des)***

    saat ini sangat kecewa ,atas tidak adanya formasi utk kami mengikuti p3k,padahal syarat kami sudah masuk dapodik,dan berada di naungan diknas,kita sama2 gr yang harus diperhatikan, bukan untuk mereka saja,apalagi umur kami yg diatas 35 th,dan tidak berkesempatan mengikuti cpns,apa yang harus kami lakukan,agar kami bisa sama dimata mas mentri,dan bapak kepala bkn?

    Kalau guru Agama tak diikut sertakan pd rektruitmen PPPK 2021 itu sama halnya diskriminasi. Pdhal sama2 terdaftar di dapodik, sama2 warga negara. Harusnya mempunyai kesempatan yg sama.
